U drobné stavby do 16 m2 dle mého názoru nevadí když leží na jiné parcele než je hlavní stavba. V rámci revizí katastrální úřady po vlastnících zaměření takových staveb nechtějí, takže toho bych se držel.
<div>Druhá věc co zde padla a která se mi nezdá je co psal pan Maděra:

<p class="-wm-MsoPlainText">Asi záleží, na kterém školení JUDr. Šustrové jste byla. Na tom prvním v červnu tvrdila, že drobná stavba musí být na témže pozemku jako hlavní stavba. Na školení proti tomuto tvrzení bylo ze strany posluchačů hodně námitek.
