algoritmus pro stanovení kvality počítané</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>výměry. Úmyslně jsem nerozebíral tento algoritmus,
není to podstatné. Podstatné je to, že školící </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>materiál (ne zákon či vyhláška) popisuje
algoritmus výpočtu výměry, který je zjevně v rozporu </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>s definicí uvedenou v zákoně.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial> Pro vlastní výpočet výměry nemá
uvádění kódu kvality (KK) bodů žádný smysl, ten je rozhodující
</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>pouze </FONT><FONT size=2 face=Arial>pro
určení </FONT> <FONT size=2 face=Arial>toho, je-li geomerickým určením
souřadnice polohy nebo souřadnice obrazu bodu. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>A tady </FONT><FONT size=2 face=Arial>je to
velmi jasné, pro KK=3 je to vždy poloha, v ostatních případech vždy obraz
bodu. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Neustálé odkazy algoritmu na KK mne vedou k
doměnce, že algoritmus byl původně určen pouze pro</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>stanovení kódu kvality výměry (s tím bych
souhlasil) a nyní byl povýšen na novou, nezákonnou kvalitu,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>výpočet výměry. </FONT></DIV>

Konečného, a to na poněkud nepochopený algoritmus automatického výpočtu
výměr:</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>Nejdříve se z výpočtu vyloučí body, které nejsou
lomové, tzn. jejich vzdálenost od spojnice nejbližších lomových bodů je menší
nebo rovna 1 cm.<BR>(Lomový bod je takový bod, jehož vzdálenost od spojnice
dvou sousedních bodů je větší než 1 cm) Toto se děje dvojitým průchodem
výpočtu, kdy se při druhém průchodu mohou do výpočtu výměry vrátit
některé body, označené v 1. průchodu jako body nelomové.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Poté se zjišťuje, zda nevyloučené body mají kód
kvality ("KK") 3 nebo 4 (bez ohledu na to, zda je kód kvality uveden u
souřadnice obrazu nebo souřadnice polohy). Do výpočtu výměry parcely se
zahrnou ty souřadnice, u kterých je uveden KK (souřadnice tvořící závazné
geometrické určení parcely).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>U ostatních nevyloučených bodů (tzn. bodů s KK > 3 a
4) se pro určení výměry parcely použijí souřadnice, po nichž vede kresba
(souřadnice obrazu).</FONT></DIV>
